Dive Instructors
PADI? Ok who is PADI? or What is PADI?
PADI is the Professional Association of Dive
Instructors.
PADI is a the leading scuba teaching
organization in the world.
PADI is the way the world learns to go
scuba diving.
PADI is or can be your guide to a whole new
life.
The professional Association of Dive Instructors. Does
that mean I have to be an instructor to be a member? Of course not, PADI is a
teaching organization dedicated to the safe teaching of scuba diving to all
persons, everywhere.
PADI is the worlds largest recreational scuba
diving membership organization. The membership includes scuba dive businesses,
resort facilities, academic institutions, instructor trainers, dive educators,
divers, snorkelers and other water sports enthusiasts. Students learn the basics
through independent study and are guided through additional development by their
instructors. The goal is to get students in the water as soon as possible and
provide them with the instruction necessary to gain confidence in their diving
abilities.
All PADI programs, entry-level through to
instructor training, fall under strict educational standards to maintain world
wide consistency and quality. PADI takes a proactive approach too, with a
full-time department that randomly surveys PADI divers to monitor PADI programs
and to confirm that PADI courses meet PADI's high standards. This commitment to
a strong quality assurance process helps maintain credibility and continually
improve customer satisfaction. With PADI scuba diver programs from 8 years old
why not learn as a family. Scuba diving the PADI way is safe and a lot of fun.
